Awadhcity.com is an online information & networking platform for connecting
Lucknowites and Indians across the globe. Through Awadhcity.com, a member can
search information about Lucknow, connect with his
friends and family to share his/her media. All the services, applications and
content offered at Awadhcity.com will come under the purview of this agreement.
This “Terms of Use Agreement” sets forth all legally binding terms of Use of
Awadhcity.com services, applications and content. By using Awadhcity.com, you
explicitly become a “User” who has agreed to be bound by this agreement whether
you are a passing visitor or a registered member of Awadhcity.com. If you do
not intend to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately leave
Awadhcity.com and not use any of our applications, services or content.
When accepting this agreement, the user should also be aware and be bound by our
privacy policy. The user also agrees to read the safety tips mentioned on
Awadhcity.com.
Awadhcity.com retains the right to modify this agreement from time to time.
Those modifications will be effective from the time they are posted on
Awadhcity.com. It is agreed upon by the user to be bound by those
modifications. Therefore, it is also agreed upon by the user to review any
changes in the terms of agreement, Privacy policy on a regular basis to be aware
of any changes in the terms of use. |

Eligibility

Use of and Membership in the Awadhcity.com is void where prohibited. By using
the Awadhcity.com Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration
information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the
accuracy of such information; (c) you are 15 years of age or older; and (d) your
use of the Awadhcity Services does not violate any applicable law or
regulation.
Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without
warning, if we believe that you are less than 15 years of age. |

Term of Agreement |

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use
Awadhcity.com Services. Awadhcity.com may terminate your Membership at any
time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will
remain in effect. Any changes to the agreement will be enforced upon posting of
the agreement to Awadhcity.com |

Account Access |
|
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a
password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of
another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You
agree to notify Awadhcity.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use
of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any
and all use of your account.

Fees |
|
Its is agreed by the user that Awadhcity.com reserves the right to charge for
its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If
Awadhcity.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the
Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of
subscription fees.

Posting and Use of Content |
|
Awadhcity.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to
post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict,
suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any
time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by Awadhcity.com
and do not represent the policies and views of Awadhcity.com. Awadhcity.com
does not endorse and has no control over such content. |

Objectionable Content |
|
Awadhcity.com doesn’t allow users to
post any disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racism, hatred subject
matters. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable
information might appear on Awadhcity.com. All users who come across such
information agree to report the abuse to Awadhcity team through the contact
Email. Awadhcity.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such
material.

Ownership of Material: |
Awadhcity.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images,
photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other
materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on to Awadhcity.com. After
posting your Content to the Awadhcity.com, you continue to retain all ownership
rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content
in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or
through Awadhcity.com, you hereby grant to Awadhcity.com a limited global
license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and
distribute such Content solely on and through our Services. The user also agrees
to allow Awadhcity.com to earn any money through way of ads being shown on the
pages where the content is displayed. Without this license Awadhcity.com would
be unable to provide it’s Services. The user agrees not to charge Awadhcity.com
for the limited license. If the user intends to, we request the user to
immediately take his/her content off the website. Awadhcity.com also retains
the right to sublicense its services and thus the content posted on
Awadhcity.com without any liability to the content owners.
Awadhcity.com contains Content of Users and other Awadhcity.com licensors.
Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish,
broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing

Other information posted by Awadhcity.com is completely owned by Awadhcity.com
and its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, replicating this
content for any purposes. All content, services, applications are protected by
copyright, trademark, patent and other local laws. |

Awadhcity.com respects the copyright law and all its members should ensure that
no copyrighted material on which the user doesn’t have any rights be posted by
him/her on Awadhcity.com. The user who has posted such material takes complete
responsibility and liability.
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on Awadhcity in a way
that constitutes copyright infringement, we request you to immediately contact
us via our Contact us form. We request you to also provide any info that would
prove the accuracy of your claim and that you are the copyright owner or
authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Awadhcity.com will
immediately evaluate and remove the content from the website along with banning
the user who has posted that content on Awadhcity.com

connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically

our site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by
electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or
unauthorized framing of or linking to the Awadhcity.com is prohibited.
Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may
be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of
Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or
unauthorized use of the Awadhcity.com.

Illegal Activities |
It is agreed by the users not to use Awadhcity.com for any kind of illegal
activities, like sexual solicitation, financial traps, solicitation of personal
info, threatening, obscene or defamatory activities, sexual imagery, stalking,
Virus, automated scripts which will add friends, write comments onto individual
profiles and their content, using others account information, posting
copyrighted and pirated material, chain letters, spamming, photos or information
of other persons for which you do not have explicit acceptance and etc.
Awadhcity.com is committed to its users overall safety and reserves the right
to work and cooperate with local authorities to take appropriate action against
any user indulging in illegal activities on Awadhcity.com. |

Member Disputes |

You are solely responsible for your interactions on Awadhcity.com.
Awadhcity.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes
between you and other Members.

not endorsed or checked by Awadhcity.com. We request the users to use their

WITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, Awadhcity.COM LIABILITY
TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL
AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Awadhcity.COM FOR
THE Awadhcity.COM SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.

Disputes |

If there is any dispute about or involving Awadhcity.com, you agree that the
dispute shall be governed by the Civil court of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India
without regard to conflict of law provisions. Either Awadhcity.com or you may
demand that any dispute between Awadhcity.com and you about or involving
Awadhcity.com must be settled by arbitration utilizing, provided that the
foregoing shall not prevent Awadhcity.com from seeking injunctive relief in a
court of competent jurisdiction.

Indemnity |

harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable

of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set
forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the our Website or through
the Services causes Awadhcity.com to be liable to another.

Other |
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of Awadhcity.com or any of the
Awadhcity.com Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This
Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Awadhcity.com
regarding the use of Awadhcity.com. The failure of Awadhcity.com to exercise
or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a
waiver of such right or provision. The section titles used in this Agreement are
for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Awadhcity.com is
a venture of PlanetComnet Technologies Ltd. This
Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of
this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed
severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions.
